Second day – Qualifying Portimão circuit

Portimao, April 22, 2022 - First European competition, the Snipers landed in Portimao.
A very uncertain, cold and rainy weather awaited them on the Portuguese circuit.
Big news: Syarifuddin Azman, nicknamed Damok, will race in place of Alberto Surra who as has already been announced. The Malaysian rider will replace the Snipers 67 for two GPs.
The free practices were wet both the morning and the afternoon. For Andrea Migno a good feeling in FP1, which ends in third place.
In the afternoon he struggles more, the rain and the wind are very strong. He will only close 24th.
Excellent performance for Damok who finished 22nd in FP1 and 15th in the second practice sessions. It seems to be adapting very well to the bike and since he already knows the circuit this allowed him to try to lower his time.
We are looking forward to tomorrow, when we go out on track at 9am local time for FP3.
