The first Practice sessions of the weekend for MotoE were cut short due to a red flag halting the action after just 10 minutes, preventing riders from completing the scheduled track time.
Nicholas Spinelli immediately showed a strong pace, securing a spot in the Top 10 and hinting at even greater potential had the session continued uninterrupted. Tibor Varga, making his debut in official sessions, confirmed the talent he displayed during testing, working on refining his feeling with the bike and progressing steadily.
Practice 2 marked a step forward for both Team Snipers riders. Spinelli narrowly missed direct access to Q2, finishing just outside the top 8 by mere milliseconds, but continued to showcase competitive and promising pace.
Varga, steadily improving, outperformed several opponents and worked consistently with the team to refine the bike's setup, laying a solid foundation for the weekend and the championship.
The Qualifying session also ended prematurely, marking the second interruption of the weekend due to a red flag following a crash. The session was stopped after only 7 minutes, leaving many riders unable to complete their attempts.
Nicholas Spinelli, showing potential with a promising lap, couldn’t finalize a time that might have secured his spot in Q2, ultimately qualifying 11th on the grid. Tibor Varga, in constant progression, missed the chance to improve further and will start from 15th position.

Race 1 marked the team's official debut in the category. Right from the start, the race proved to be intense and spectacular. However, for the third time this weekend, an incident forced a red flag, reducing the restart to just 4 laps.
Nicholas Spinelli showcased his determination, gaining two positions and finishing 9th. On the other side of the garage, Tibor Varga, in his debut, impressed with several overtakes, concluding in a promising 12th place.
Race 2 saw both riders start with confidence and clear strategies. Spinelli made some adjustments, while Varga further consolidated his feeling with the bike. An incident on the second lap reshuffled the field, giving Spinelli the opportunity to climb to 4th place and Varga to recover up to 12th.
Spinelli even moved into podium contention, holding 3rd place for two laps before being caught in the final-lap battle, ultimately finishing in a solid 6th place, recovering 4 positions from the start. Meanwhile, Varga continued his climb, finishing 10th—a fantastic result that highlights a promising debut for both the rider and the team.
Commenti
Nicholas Spinelli is already focused on preparing for Assen:
"It wasn’t a perfect weekend, even from the tests I didn’t feel a great connection with the bike. In the first race today, we made some changes that didn’t work out well, but in Race 2, further adjustments made me feel much better. However, the tire dropped off quickly, and I lost speed toward the end. Still, I managed to secure some good points for the championship, but I’m disappointed because I know we could have aimed even higher. Now we’ll shift focus to Assen to keep improving. I want to thank the entire team for their hard work, and I’ll see you all soon."
After some early challenges, Tibor Varga wraps up the weekend on a high note:
"I finished the weekend very well. We started with some bad luck and had a lot to sort out, which made everything complicated, but finally, in the second race, I made a big step forward and managed to finish in the Top 10. These adjustments to the bike really helped me enjoy the bike and the race more—I’ve never felt better on the bike. I’m very motivated for Assen and confident I can be more competitive from the start. Thanks to the entire Team Snipers for their hard work, and see you all in the Netherlands!"
